The space at 680 Wealthy St. SE, previously occupied by Modish Moth and Lady Monarch, is now home to Vintage Charm, a lifestyle brand that opened its second Michigan location on September 10, 2026. This grand opening adds to the vibrant mix of shops along Wealthy Street, a corridor that's seen steady growth on Grand Rapids' southeast side.
Owner Nancy Allodi, who started the brand 24 years ago in Illinois, was drawn to this spot through her son and acted quickly due to its desirable features like high ceilings. Despite the name "Vintage Charm," all merchandise is new, offering a curated selection of clothing, accessories, and gifts at prices described as reasonable. This is the brand's 10th store overall, reflecting its expansion beyond Illinois.
